DUURSMA VERSLUIJS performs surveys and valuations on the following types of ships:
Valuation - A valuation is used to determine a ship's value, which includes a visual inspection of the ship's technical installation. Valuations are performed for financing, division of an inventory or insurance purposes. The valuations performed by DUURSMA VERSLUIJS are accepted by all financial institutes and banks. Read further.
Survey - A survey is performed to determine the technical condition of a ship, or several parts thereof. This is done by visual inspection and by the use of sophisticated investigation instruments. The purpose of a survey is to assess all defects and to determine the cost of repair so that the buyer knows exactly what he's buying.
